Shipping policy

The following terms and conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and neighbouring countries: Austria, France, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy.

Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

Delivery is made domestically (Germany).
Shipping costs (including VAT) Deliveries within the country (Germany):
We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of 4,99 € per order.
The minimum order value is 15,00 €.
From an order value of 25,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.

Deliveries to foreign countries:

We charge shipping costs abroad (To most EU member states) as a flat rate as follows:

EU-wide (outside Germany): €4.99 per order. There is no delivery to Greece, Iceland, Croatia, Norway and Turkey.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 1-2 days, for deliveries abroad within 2-4 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.
